Adult Beginner Hockey League
The Pacific Hockey Association operates all Adult Hockey at the Ice Center rinks. The PHA is the original adult league in the Bay Area, with over 15 years of experience.
Beginner Hockey School
Never played hockey before? No problem. The PHA also offers an Adult Beginner School, where players learn everything, starting with skating, working through shooting and passing, and ending with positioning. Hundreds of adult players in the Bay Area started in the PHA Beginner Program.

Once you graduate from the Beginner School, you will be placed onto a team with other beginner players from your class, playing in League games against other beginner players just like yourself.
